FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of rubber product surface repair, which implies clearing damaged and adjacent surface, their deoiling, application of glue composition, dehumidifying, plaster application and its clamping down. Then cold or thermal vulcanisation is performed, as well as removing pimples. At that, outlet of accumulating gases is provided, for example, by drilling at least one hole, and damaged surface size is decreased by squeezing, wheel cage is rebuilt using cord plaster or raw rubber. the method of rubber product surface repair, which implies clearing damaged and adjacent surface, their deoiling, application of glue composition, dehumidifying, plaster application and its clamping down. Then cold or thermal vulcanisation is performed, as well as removing pimples. Damaged surface size is decreased by squeezing before glue composition application.

EFFECT: inventions allow to repair pneumatic tyre repair more accurately and to increase lifetime of repaired products.
