FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: belt conveyor incorporates an endless belt closed in a vertical plane to form a carrying and return runs supported by rollers attached to the frame. The belt return run is arranged so as its upper surface interacts with the carrying run rollers. The return run straight rollers are shifted relative to those of the carrying run along the conveyor entire length. Rollers running of half-axles are arranged under the carrying run side edges with a minimum backlash. The ring of every roller is made up of a taper part facing the belt and a cylindrical part adjoining to it. The roller half-axles are arranged in the vertical plane at an acute angle to the belt plane, while in horizontal plane are set at an acute angle to the belt motion direction. Every bracket supporting the half-axle is furnished with a flat limiter aligned with belt lengthwise axis and belt direction axis interacting with the belt side edge. The conveyor frame, all along its length, houses a carcass with attached film cover to form a heat-insulated conveyor space wherein warmed up air can be fed.

EFFECT: carrying humidified rocks at negative temperatures, lower capital and maintenance costs.
