FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: elevator broken hauling element trapping device has a casing accommodating a belt moving the elevator cups, a trapping element representing a cable with a weight fastened on its end. The said trapping element is fixed by a lever mechanism and flow around rotary-fixing elements incorporating screwed on threaded bushes arranged in slots of a structure made up of three welded and, further on, pass through the stop cuts and bulkhead in the form of angle piece. The casing is furnished with a hole to mount the broken hauling element trapping device.
EFFECT: simpler design, higher reliability, fast operation.
