FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises closed endless belt (1) with buckets (2) secured thereto to interact with drums. Endless closed steel ropes (3) are arranged over the entire length of said belt in zigzag manner. Rope section in contact with the belt and bucket rear wall is fitted in tubular resilient element (4).
EFFECT: higher reliability, longer service life, ease of servicing.
