Steel contains, mass.%: carbon 0.1-0.2; silicon 0.3-0.5; manganese 0.5-1.5; chromium 17.0-20.0; nickel 8.0-10.0; titanium 0.5-1.0; vanadium 0.1-0.2; nitrogen 0.1-0.2; barium 0.005-0.01; copper 0.1-0.3; tantalum 1.0-2.0; iron constitutes the remaining percentage.
EFFECT: upgraded corrosion resistance of steel.
