FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to drill string for upward drilling and to its components. The drill string includes shank adapter, first drill rod, extension stem and drill bit. The said components are capable of transferring shockwaves and circulating medium. The shank adapter includes the first and the second disconnectable parts. The first drill rod includes socket outlet with untrue inner wall to match relevant end of the adapter coupling. The socket is located in the bushing made conjointly with untrue section of the rod and includes the shock transfer surface arranged at right angle to the central line of the first rod. The extension stem includes socket outlet with untrue inner wall to match relevant end of the adapter coupling. The socket is located in the bushing made conjointly with untrue section and free end of the rod has untrue cross-section to match socket outlet of another extension stem or socket outlet of the first drill rod. Each end of the extension stem includes shock transfer surface arranged at right angle to the central line of the extension stem. Length of the first rod and extension stem is less than 1 m.

EFFECT: replacement of the rock drill components without disassembly.
