FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in automation of technological process of non-ferrous ore dressing. The device for measurement of fluid reagent flow rate includes two reversing valves, a graduate with end sensors, two inputs and two outlets, and a piston with a sensor-sensitive element and space for movement inside the graduate; RS-trigger with inputs connected to the outputs of the first and second end the sensors and outputs connected to the control inputs of the reversing valves. Output switching frequency of RS-trigger determines the current value of fluid reagent flow rate Qcurr. by an equation Qcurr. = 2Vs*F where Vs is a single dose volume of the graduate defined by the position of end sensors, F is the RS-trigger switching frequency. Summary volume Qsum = 2Vs*N where N, is a number of RS-trigger switch cycles during observation period.
EFFECT: improved precision of polluted fluid flow measurement.
