FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, spinach freezing and grinding in mincer. Beef is cut and ground in mincer, then boiled until mass doubles. Rice is ground in mincer, walnuts are crushed, wheat flour is browned. The above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised with preset ratio of components.
EFFECT: product of higher digestibility.
