FIELD: technology of food products making.

SUBSTANCE: potatoes, turnip and black olives are cut and blanched, carrots are blanched and cut. Lancet fish fillet, marinated paprika and pickled cucumbers are cut, fresh green peas are frozen. The said vegetables are mixed without oxygen access with black olives, table salt, bay leaf and bayberry. Lancet fish fillet, prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
