SUBSTANCE: green onions and potherbs are cut and frozen, scallop meat is cut. The said components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, calcium lactate and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised with certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: higher digestibility.
