FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: hen eggs are boiled, peeled and cut. Lettuce, green onions and dill are cut and frozen. Fresh green peas are frozen. Mussel meat is cut. The said vegetables are mixed without oxygen access with vegetable oil, table salt and calcium ascorbate. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
