FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned snacks. Cans are manufactured by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and sautéing onion in melted butter, cutting and blanching paprica, blanching and grating celeriac, freezing fresh green peas, boiling rice up to double increase in mass, cutting chicken meat, mixing the above components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mix and mayonnaise, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. This ensures manufacturing of canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
