FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, shelled and cut. Onions are cut and browned in vegetable oil. Radish is cut and blanched, parsley cut and frozen. Beef is cut, fresh green peas are frozen, the listed ingredients are mixed without oxygen access with salt and calcium acetate. The obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility compared to similar dish.
