FIELD: items of personal use and for household.

SUBSTANCE: meant for a vacuum cleaner the cyclone dust-arresting device contains a body of cyclones in which the drawn-in from the inside air turns with separation of contaminants from it, an outlet tube discharging the air cleared from contaminants from the body of cyclones and containing an active electrode receiving energy from the energy source. At least the part of the active electrode forming the corona discharge is made of conducting material. The opposite ends of the active electrodes are connected with the inner surface of the outlet tube situated across its inner space. The active electrode has at least one discharge bulge that can be done with the complete unit with the active electrode. The active electrode contains a discharge area and a connecting area connected to the energy source to get energy. The device being of a simple design prevents from decreasing of effective area of the outlet tube cross-section and as a result increase of the air flow speed that allows to ionize practically all small dust particles.

EFFECT: increase of dust separation efficiency.
