FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and can be used in surgical treatment of motor disorders of lower extremities in form of triceps-syndrome in children with CP. Essence of invention: treatment is performed by correction of equines foot deformity. Before operation enveloping EMG of shin is performed and coefficient of reciprocity (CR) of gastrocnemius muscle and anterior tibial muscle is determined. If gastrocnemius muscle CR is lower than 0.26 (26%) and anterior tibial muscle CR is lower than 0.36 (36%), Strayer operation or one of achilloplasty types is performed. If gastrocnemius muscle CR is higher than 0.26 (26%) and anterior tibial muscle CR is higher than 0.36 (36%), transposition of longitudinally split tendon of tibial muscle onto rear part of foot is added to said operations. Its inner flap is fixed to previous place of attachment, the external flap being moved subcutaneously onto foot rear and fixed to medial cuneiform bone. If tension of tendons of posterior tibial and plantar muscles prevents correction, Z-like elongation of posterior tibial muscle is carried out, with transaction of plantar muscle.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate pathological motor stereotype and start formation of optimal motor stereotype.
