FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims an inhalator with cartridge divided into separate isolated doses measured in advance, and with devices for cartridge movement during operation and for dose deployment for inhaling by patient. The inhalator of dry powder medium includes case with nozzle, feeder channel connected to the nozzle, and cartridge inside the case, featuring multiple reservoirs for dry powder medium doses. The cartridge can move inside the case so, that its movement positions the reservoirs in sequence within the case feeder channel. Also the inhalator includes a lid connected to the case and opening selectively to providing or closing access to the case nozzle, and an attraction device connected to the lid and catching the cartridge in such way, as to shift the cartridge and position one of the reservoirs into the feeder channel if the lid is raise to open the nozzle. The reservoirs take form of axial holes for medication intake, sealed with at least one layer of waterproof airtight material. The holes hold deployable pistons, each having at least one compartment containing powder medication present for inhaling after the piston is pushed through the layer of waterproof airtight material. Doser cartridge for dry powder medium includes: multiple reservoirs passing between the lower and upper cartridge surfaces, where the cartridge can move inside the case so, that its movement positions the reservoirs in sequence within the case feeder channel; lower layer of waterproof airtight material covering lower cartridge surface; upper layer of waterproof airtight material covering upper cartridge surface in such way, that waterproof airtight material layers surround cartridge reservoirs mainly in a dry, airproof way; and deployable pistons with medication, positioned in reservoirs and including at least one chamber holding dry powder medication in such way, that the piston pushed through the layer of waterproof airtight material feeds dry powder medication to the inhalator feeder channel for dry powder inhalation medium.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability.
