SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used in general machine building. Steel contains mass %: carbon 0.3-0.5; silicon 0.3-0.5; manganese 0.5-1.0; vanadium 0.1-0.2; copper 0.5-1.0; nickel 0.5-1.0; chromium 0.1-0.2; phosphorus 0.05-0.1; sulphur 0.01-0.02; boron 0.05-0.1; aluminium 0.05-0.1; titanium 0.1-0.2; molybdenum 1.8-2.2; tellurium 0.001-0.002, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded extreme pressure properties of steel.
