FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction technologies, calculated for obtaining the composition the superficial road covering, and can be used for conditions of hot application and pressing of the coating with the subsequent solidification of the asphalt mixture. The method of manufacturing the asphalt, consisting of the fact that the components of asphalt are moved into the drying drums, where the drying of the material takes place, after which the material is moved to the crasher for division into fractions which in the proper sequence are moved to the bunker of hot material, the weight bunker, then to the mixing device connected with the dosator the of bitumen, and evaporated gases act in the bag system which mix with a great bulk of components of asphalt. For the manufacturing of asphalt, prepare the inert materials including rubble, eliminations of crushing of rocks, sand, prepare the binding substance, for example bitumen oil road marks "БНД" 60/90, "БНД 90/130 and-or bitumen "СГ" 70/130 which make by mixture of bitumen viscous oil road and fuel mazut. Make preparation for work asphalt-concrete installations by loading underground bunkers of an adit, whence by means of the shaking trough and the tape conveyor the prepared material submit to bunkers of the unit of a feed in which make rough batching materials. The supply of materials is regulated by the height of the shutter of the bunker. The measured out material by the tape conveyor is submitted to the inclined tape conveyor on which the material follows in the dryer drum. Carry out the warming up of bitumen up to 90-100°C, pump over bitumen in working capacity and warm it up within the limits of from 100-160°C, using an interval of temperatures depending on a consistence of marks of bitumen, dry inert materials up to zero humidity and warm up to optimum working temperature from 160-180°C. Direct the departing gases of the dryer drum to the device of dry and wet cleaning in which fine particles departing with fulfilled gas in the size less than 0.63 mm, just as mineral powder, they precipitate in cyclones and the helical conveyor is submitted in to the elevator mineral powder, whence the portion of volume submitted to the account bunker. The surpluses of components by the helical conveyor are submitted to a silage tower in the form of waste. Place dry and heated up to working temperature a material on a flat vibrating roar which of 0.01-5 mm, 5-10 mm and 10-20 mm in bunkers-stores sifts it on fraction. Larger fractions are not used in the technological work cycle. The accurately measured out components of the mixture will give in the blade batch mixer with compulsory mixing in a dry state. To the prepared structure submit bitumen within the limits of from 2.5-6.5 % through atomisers of a high pressure and a mineral powder. Components of asphalt mix all with a knitting component before full mixture. Offload all the finished asphalt into vehicle.
EFFECT: maintenance of high technological parameters with obtaining of asphalt due to more rational selection of components of asphalt and a binding material for its connection, including the supply of that binding with the optimum temperature modes and pressure of its submission through atomisers during hashing components of asphalt with the set speed of mixture and temperature modes of a working condition of preparation of asphalt.
