FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction, particularly, to production of road construction materials. Disclosed is a method for cyclic production of hot asphalt mixture, which includes drying and heating of mineral material to temperature of not more than 220 °C, the latter is fractionated and supplied for temporary storage in compartments of "hot" bin, into one of which mineral powder is simultaneously supplied. Further, all mineral materials are batched for one cycle of producing the mixture, the mixer is filled with mineral material and its "dry" mixing, introduction of preheated bitumen into the mixer and "wet" mixing till the end of the cycle time, unloading and further transportation to the place of use. At the beginning of the "dry" mixing process, low air pressure in range of 0.95-0.9 atmospheres is created in the mixer, which is maintained during "wet" mixing until the end of the cycle.

EFFECT: improved operating properties of asphalt concrete.
