FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, particularly to apparatus for analysing samples in methods of analysing nucleic acids. Apparatus for analysing samples comprises housing (1-10), in which three independent spaces are arranged in series with gaps, in which there are: device for preparation of reagents; device for processing samples; analysis device. Reagent preparation device is configured to prepare the extraction reagent and the amplification reagent and is located in first independent space (1-21). Sample processing device is configured to extract an analyte from the sample and combine the analyte with an amplification reagent to form a mixture to be analysed, and is located in second independent space (1-22). Between the device for preparation of reagents and the device for processing of samples there is a first transfer channel. Analysis device is configured to analyse the mixture to be analysed and is located in third independent space (1-23). Between the analysis device and the sample processing device there is a second transport channel.

EFFECT: invention provides a solution to the problem associated with the risk of contamination of the sample, the environment and the operator when using apparatus for analysing samples when analysing nucleic acids.
