SUBSTANCE: system comprises capsules (C) of at least first type and second type, having outwardly projecting transverse flanges (32), and corresponding different lengths along the axis (h1, h2, h3), and brewing unit (6, 20, 7), in which the variable-volume brewing chamber (100) is formed with the side restricting part (81, 81a) and movable end restricting portion (54, 55) for placement of the said types capsules (C) introduced into the chamber (100). Said different types capsules (C) have flanges (32) of correspondingly different shapes and the brewing chamber (100) end restricting part (54, 55) carries the thrust elements (70, 71) configured to be connected to the said types capsules (C) flanges (32), when the latter are introduced into the brewing chamber (100), so that to provide correspondingly various relative movements of the end restricting portion (54, 55) relative to the side restricting part (81, 81a) of the said chamber (100).

EFFECT: invention relates to the beverages preparation system by boiling using the pre-packaged capsules, preferably of hermetic type, and containing the certain amount of substance for the beverage preparation, for example ground roasted coffee.
