SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and a method for spectral analysis. A tablet for placing samples for infrared spectral analysis is developed, containing a substrate forming a set of holes deepened relatively to its surface, wherein each of the holes forms a sample section deepened to the depth of the sample from the specified surface, and a trough section deepened to the depth of the trough from the specified surface, wherein the depth of the trough is greater than the depth of the sample, and the depth of the sample is 0.004-0.012 mm ± 0.002 mm. The substrate is made of a material that does not substantially react with the reference sample and/or the sample located in the holes, and the substrate transmits electromagnetic radiation.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of the study of the properties of protein therapeutics.
