SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to communication systems and can be used in receivers, used in satellite positioning systems. The receiver for the satellite positioning system has a mobile receiver, configured for receiving the signals of the satellite positioning system, and a receiver connected to the above mentioned mobile satellite positioning system. The indicated receiver is configured for receiving signals with the order of arranging the satellites of the satellite positioning system, transmitted on the communication system. The mobile satellite positioning system is configured for searching satellites in accordance with the adopted order of arranging satellites of the satellite positioning system.
EFFECT: shortening of the time of detecting satellites, shortening of the time required for defining the information on location.
