FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: recovery of sleeve of "soaked" cable line is performed by removing moisture from hollow of dismantled and unsealed sleeve with subsequent filling of assembled and sealed sleeve with two-component liquid hydrophobic filler (LHF). At that, mixing of LHF components is performed just before it's using. According to invention polyurethane-based sealant "Pulast" is used as LHF, and the process of filling sleeve hollow with the sealant is performed by gravity, at that procedure of moisture removing from sleeve hollow and joints of cable ends cords also includes hot-air process.
EFFECT: improvement of recovered cable line reliability and gain in efficiency of damaged line recovery procedure.
