For this in control mode and message traffic valuation of communicator (KE) by means of the first network device (NE1) in system (MS) of mobile communication all messages of message traffic are send through the first network device (NE1), by means of the first network device (NE1) by means of one or more overhead information (N1) of communicator (KE) it is made a decision, is it follow one or more messages to sent further to the second network device (NE2) for process further, or it must be blocked, and by means of the first network device (NE1) by means of one or more overhead information (N1) of communicator (KE) it is made a decision, is it necessary corresponding message of message traffic by means of the first network device (NE1) to record in file (PD) of protocol data.

EFFECT: there are provided simplicity and effectiveness of control mode and message traffic valuation of communicator.
