SUBSTANCE: proposed method for authentication of user, who wishes to use a certain service provided by the system via the first communication channel, includes the following stages: access request receipt from the first user terminal via the first communication channel; receipt of the address or number of the second user terminal via the first communication channel; data transmission for user identification including the user identification code, to the second terminal via the second communication channel; receipt of the confirmation response of the user including the user identification code from the second terminal via the second communication channel; verification as to whether user identification code transmitted to the second terminal coincides with that received from the second terminal; generation of the user identification code, confirmation being received that two codes coincide; transmission of the user identification code to the first user terminal via the first communication channel.
EFFECT: ruling out of possibility of user identifier loss than les to usage of the address or number of the second channel user terminal.
