FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: system is intended for life-saving by means of cable descending devices incorporating a cable end shooting appliance comprising noiseless shells with a parachute descent system. The aforesaid life-saving system comprises a cable end throwing device to make a safe connection with a building element or that located behind the building, a device to fasten the other cable end and a rescue device. The cable end to be thrown is connected to the noiseless shell furnished with the parachute descent system. The rescue device represents a cradle furnished with a drive to move suspended on the cable. The aforesaid system is provided with a second cradle and two self-propelled trucks. One said truck accommodates the cable end throwing device, the device to fasten the cable other end and the cradle. The second truck accommodates the second cradle and the device to fasten cable end to be thrown. There is a bolster hitch between the cable and the shell.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of rescue operations.
