FIELD: rescuing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device is provided with rope-suspended cradle. The cradle is displaced along H-shaped guides fixed to the wall of high building. The ropes are implemented with the central conductors and ensured with high-temperature insulation. Manual switch is installed in cradle. It controls cradle movement. The device is provided with electro-pneumatic delay relay of voltage supply to driven electric motors.
EFFECT: possibility of invention applying for various purposes such as fire extinguishing, glass washing, painting, advertising posters deployment on the buildings.
