FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: powder of iron or on the basis of iron, where less than 5% of particles of powder on the basis of iron have size les than 45 micrometer, is mixed with graphite and additives, selected from the group that consists of alloying elements, which improve additives workability, hard phase materials and additives that increase fluidity. Mixture is subjected to monaxonic pressing at pressure of at least 800 MPa. Powder mixture contains powder of iron or on the basis of iron, in which less than 5% of powder articles have size below 45 micrometer, 0.05-0.6 weight % of grease and 0.1-1.0 weight % of graphite.
EFFECT: produced pressed articles have proper density and high strength.
