METHOD OF PREDICTING DEGREE OF ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION OF ORGANISM AT SICK OF WIDESPREAD CHRONIC DERMATOSES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC G01N33/68 G01N33/52 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a dermatovenerology, and can be applied to predicting degree of an endogenous intoxication at sick of widespread chronic dermatoses (psoriasis, common bladderwort, atonic dermatitis). For realisation of a way prior to the beginning of treatment in a blood plasma of the patient concentration of oligopeptides as a part of molecules of average mass is defined and in addition concentration of an alfa2-macroglobulin. Then the concentration relation of oligopeptides to concentration of alfa2-macroglobulin is calculated, and if its value is less than 5.0 - prognosticate absence of an endogenous intoxication, at value 5.1-9.0 - average degree, and at value it is more 9.1 - high degree of an endogenous intoxication.

EFFECT: allows to reduce time of performing of the analysis and to simplify an estimation of degree of an endogenous intoxication procedure without loss of informativeness.
