FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for prediction of unfavourable course of disease in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis at early stage. Analysis of content of low and medium molecular weight substances (LMMWS) and oligopeptides (OlP) in plasma, erythrocytes and urine from the first day of patient's admission to hospital is carried out with its further every day repetition. Detoxification factor (DIF) is determined by summing up ratios of the sum of LMMWS in plasma and erythrocytes to LMMWS in urine and sum of OlP in plasma and erythrocytes to OlP in urine. If DIF values are higher than 3.5 conv. units, unfavourable course of disease is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict unfavourable course of disease in due time at early stage with further adequate optimisation of intensive therapy.
