FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to applied physics. Pulse electronuclear installation (PELNI) contains undercritical blanket, blanket reactivity modulator, driver, neutron-forming target and liquid fissionable material tank with two cavities, one of the said cavities with covering reflector containing experimental equipment, and the other one containing accelerator driver. Reactivity modulator contains two parallel aluminium pipes with beryllium coating fixed on common shaft with one end thereof attached in bearing, and the other is fixed in motor spindle separated from stator by nonmagnetic wall. Accelerator driver contains cylindrical vacuum enclosure consisting of anodic metal part and dielectric part, gas system supplied with adjustable gas leak and gas pressure control means, inductors provided outside enclosure with magnetic coils arranged in between, inductors and coils pulse power supply, deuteron source fixed on vacuum side of anode pipe, tube-shaped cathode featuring surface covered with beryllium layer, coaxially mounted on flange of dielectric side of enclosure with metal layer applied on vacuum side, thereof thickness of the said layer being much lower than that of skin layer of electromagnetic oscillation which period is equal to doubled duration of inductors voltage pulses.
EFFECT: provision of neutron flow sufficient for experiments at minimum power supply.
