SUBSTANCE: new preserves for space feeding with a high digestibility in comparison with the similar culinary course is cooked by cutting, frying in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of mutton, cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of onions, freezing and chopping on the cutter of the green parsley and cilantro parts, boiling up to double mass increase and chopping on the cutter of broken rice, blending of the above-mentioned ingredients with bone soup, cooking salt, saffron and CO2- extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet and red chili pepper, packing of the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, sealing hermetically and sterilization.
EFFECT: producing of the preserves with an increased digestibility.
