FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: mutton is cut, seared and chopped with grinding machine. Garlic, carrots and olives are cut, sauted in melted butter and chopped with grinding machine. Beans are boiled till the mass is increased by 150%, seared in melted butter and smashed with grinding machine, potatoes are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine, dill is frozen and grinded. The above-mentioned components are mixed with mean and bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extratcs of biomass of the certain type of micromycete and chilly pepper. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
