FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in otorhinolaryngology during diagnostics and treatment of snoring. Previously, snore is recorded during sleep without application of decongestants. Then, 0.5 ml of decongestant is inserted in each hemisection of nasal cavity before sleep, the computer sound spectrogram is recorded during sleep. If there is no data of snore against decongestant application in spectrogram, cause-effect relations with pathology of nasal cavity is diagnosed. After all, exsection of submucosal bony cage of inferior concha is carried out, followed by treatment of the rest portions of nasal turbinate and by Nd-Yag-laser with wave-length 0.68 micron in continuous-wave mode and power 25 W at the end of a light guide within 10-15 sec.
EFFECT: opportunity of finding out patients suffering with snore associated with nasal respiratory affection, ensuring nasal breathing management and stopping of snore is appeared.
