METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF NOSE WALLS CURVATURE IN CHILDREN AFTER URANOPLASTICS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/24

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, can be applied in treatment of nose walls curvature in children after uranoplastics. Essence of method consists in performing section and separation of mucous tunic of nose wall, application of incisions on bone part of wall and removal of curved part of nose wall. Preliminarily size and position of bone defect of nasal cavity bottom is determined by lighting solid and soft palate by means of introduced in mouth cavity endoscope 70 degree, with connected to it light source, and introduced into nasal cavity endoscope 0 degree, without connected to it light source. Mucous tunic is separated above curved bone part, on which after that incisions are applied up to premaxillar region of nose wall curvature. After that premaxillar region of curvature is smoothed by bore with simultaneous lightening of mouth cavity bottom from mouth side.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to restore nasal breathing in children after uranoplastics and at the same time exclude perforation of nasal cavity bottom.
