FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: filter contains single casing with cover, in which unit of filters is installed with filtering elements of bag type and system of filtering elements regeneration arranged in the form of shaking frame with vibrator. Filter is additionally equipped with boxes for inlet of contaminated air into installation and outlet of clean air from installation, and also bunker feeder with device for continuous discharge of wastes, which contains bunker, lock and auger discharge mechanism. Temperature detector is installed in filter casing, emergency detector of dust level is provided in bunker for dust collection, thermal automatic detector-annunciator is available in outlet box of filtering section, at that outlets of detectors are connected to common microprocessor. In outlet box of filtering section collector with nozzles is also installed for connection to fire-fighting system, control unit of which is connected by electronic connection to common microprocessor.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust collecting process with reduction of metal intensity and vibroacoustic activity of device as a whole.
