FIELD: dust catching technique.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, supporting part with dust catching hopper and dust catching cart or sluice transfer, filtering section with inlet and outlet boxes and sleeve-type filters, filter recovery system with pulsed blowing mechanism. Gas distributing device positioned within inlet box of filtering section is formed as folded plate with mechanism for varying its width and control unit. Temperature sensor is positioned within filtering section casing, emergency dust level sensor is positioned within dust collecting hopper, and thermal automatic sensor-alarm indicator is positioned within outlet box of filtering section, with outputs of said sensors being connected to single microprocessor positioned within control chamber. Collector positioned within outlet box of filtering section is equipped with nozzles of firefighting system with control unit connected through electronic communication means to single microprocessor. Regeneration system is equipped with control unit connected through electronic communication means to single microprocessor and is designed for automatic controlling of electromagnetic compressed air valves.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability of dust catching procedure.
