FIELD: process flows, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dust control. The dust control method consists of filtering dust-laden gas flow by feeding to inlet chute of filtering section of the deduster that is provided with bag filters and includes case, support with dust collection hopper and trolley; the filtered gas is discharged through discharge chute of filtering section. After fed to the inlet chute, the dust-laden gas flow is directed to bag filters, fixed in the grid that separates hopper from filtering section; at that open flanges of filters are directed towards hopper and blank flanges - towards discharge chute of filtering section. The case of filtering section is provided with temperature gauge, the dust collecting hopper - with emergency dust level gauge, the discharge chute of filtering section - with automatic thermal detector with outputs connected to common microprocessor; at that the discharge fitting is provided with manifold with nozzles for connection to the fire extinguishing system with control unit connected to common microprocessor, vibration and shaking mechanism is provided with control unit electronically linked to common microprocessor.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of dust control process, reduced metal consumption and general vibroacoustic activity of the device.
