FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dust collection devices and can be applied for dusted gas treatment in chemical, textile, food, light industry and other branches. Filter includes filtering section with hose filters with case, the section connected to dusted air inlet box and purified air outlet box, container device with air flow slowdown chamber and dust collection container where larger dust particles are settled, and hose filter regeneration system. The filter features gate, dust collection chest, pipes for pneumatic dust transport. Hose filter regeneration system has a control unit. Temperature sensor is installed in filtering section, emergency dust level sensor is installed in dust collection container, and automatic temperature indication sensor is installed in purified air outlet box of filtering section, so that outputs of all sensors are connected to the common microprocessor. Also in purified air outlet box of filtering section a collector with sprayers for connection to fire fighting system, with control units of collector and hose filter regeneration system connected to the same common microprocessor.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of dust collection.
