FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of plastic metal working and may be used for manufacture of bellows from high-tensile steel grades. On billet that is installed on puncheon preliminary and final radial molding of crimp is carried out as well as axial yield in rigid split matrix with application of internal pressure. Method is carried out in the device that contains molding accessory in the form of split rigid matrix and elastic puncheon that take axial load, which is equal to load of subsequent axial yield, top and bottom spacers and bushing with internal annular bore. After installation of tubular billet onto elastic puncheon, split rigid matrix is joined, mentioned spacers are installed on it from top and bottom, on top of which bushing is installed. During preliminary molding axial force is created in spacers, which is equal to the force of axial yield, and dosed supply of liquid value is performed under elastic puncheon with creation of internal preliminary molding pressure without axial yield, after that spacers are removed, and axial yield is carried out simultaneously with final radial molding with application of axial yield force. For creation of axial force casing is provided, which is installed in the central axial channel of molding accessory bottom part, hydraulic cylinder with rod, which is installed inside casing with the possibility of axial movement in relation to casing and creation of cavity between external side of hydraulic cylinder and casing for control of dosed liquid volume, which is supplied into central axial channel, support that is installed on the rod of hydraulic cylinder, balancing piston, which is installed with the possibility of reciprocal motion in internal cavity of hydraulic cylinder, which is connected to central axial channel. Quality is increased and prime cost is reduced.
EFFECT: increase of quality and reduction of prime cost of process of bellows manufacture from high-tensile steel grades.
