FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine-building and may be used for finishing and strengthening processing of complex profile surfaces, for instance, blade channels of impeller machines parts. Method of combined magnetic-pulse processing of impeller machines parts includes processing of blade channel of parts that is filled with current-conducting working fluid and metal granules, unipolar pulses of current that are supplied to the sections of inlet and outlet sectional electrodes, which are installed from its opposite sides. Device contains generator of pulse current and electrodes that are arranged in the form of inlet, outlet and middle sections that are isolated from each other. Extreme sections of every sectional electrode contact edges of processed blade channel of parts, and middle sections contact metal granules and current-conducting working fluid in blade channel. Sections are connected with generator of pulse current via regulator of unipolar current supply, and to blade channel of parts inlet and outlet nozzles are connected for pumping of working fluid.

EFFECT: provides possibility to stabilise parameters of processed billet surface layer.
