FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry electrochemical polishing of blades of turbomachines. Method comprises placing blade into medium of granules made of anion exchangers impregnated with electrolyte solution, providing conductivity of said granules and ion removal of metal with removal of microprojections from the processed blade surface and having dimensions not exceeding the minimum cross-sectional dimension of the smallest of perforations. An electrode is placed in the inner cavity of the blade, bristles of the brush are tightly pressed to the inner surface of the cavity of the blade, contact of the treated surface of the blade with the granules is carried out, an alternating magnetic field is applied to the base of the brush made of magnetic material, bringing the brush into reciprocation, moving the granules through the blade cavity and its perforations, note here that electric potential opposite to sign is supplied to the electrode and blade, and inner cavity of blade and edges of blade perforations are treated.

EFFECT: higher quality and uniformity of processing perforated holes while increasing processing efficiency.
