FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for treatment of dry electrochemical polishing of perforated holes in hollow blades of turbomachines. Method comprises placing an electrode in the cavity of the blade, placing the blade into the granule medium, made from anion exchangers impregnated with electrolyte solution and having dimensions not exceeding minimum cross-sectional dimension of least perforated holes. An electric potential of opposite sign is supplied to the electrode and the blade and the edges of the perforated holes of the blade are processed by passing electric current through the granules. During treatment granules are brought into vibration motion by frequency 50–400 Hz, wherein performing movement of granules through cavity of blade and its perforated holes and defective layer is removed from perforation inner surface and rounding of their edges.

EFFECT: higher quality and uniformity of processing of perforated holes in hollow blades of turbomachine, as well as high efficiency of their processing due to intensification of process and providing uniform interaction of treatment medium with surfaces of blade.
