FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical and electrical erosion processing of metals and alloys by electric current pulses excited between electrodes-tools and parts, and can be used in making cooling holes of small diameter in cooled working and nozzle blades of gas turbine engines. Proposed method comprises fixing multisectional conductor blade root with multiple channels made from dielectric material with electrode arranged inside every channel, feeding working medium to electrodes and blade and piercing holes in blade web. After piercing the holes, the electroerosion electrodes are replaced with screw electrodes made in the form of a brush screw with the possibility of its rotation in the channel of the multi-section conductor, electric potential is supplied to the ionite granules and the part, screws are rotated and circulation of ionite granules through conductor channels to perforation holes is provided, inner surfaces of perforation holes are processed.

EFFECT: improving the quality of perforation hole formation by removing the layer of defective material.
