FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to pallets that are used in transportation of different materials. Pallet contains the top element of covering made of corrugated sheet, the bottom element of covering, made of corrugated sheet, and also at least two support elements. Oblong support element contains one or more pieces of corrugated paper, which includes a layer of paper, which has width, length and height, and crimps that are connected to the mentioned layer of paper. Crimps are installed parallel to paper height. Support element has linear core of preset length, which is made of mentioned corrugated paper, which is rolled clockwise or counterclockwise around the mentioned core with preset number of layers, for formation of oblong support element, which has solid winding of layers that are adjacent to each other, which, including core, are fixed to each other, so that oblong support material has curvilinear end parts. Method of pallet production includes the following operations: forming of strong support element from one page of corrugated paper by means of continuous wrapping of preset number of adjacent layers around the central layer, with fixing of adjacent layers to each other, including central one, formation of at least one second support element, and connection of top element of covering and bottom element of covering to mentioned support elements.

EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity of pallet production, simplification of design, reduction of pallet weight.
