FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an acoustic ceiling panel which comprises a flat core and an acoustically transparent facing sheet, connected by adhesive to one of two oppositely facing main sides of core, wherein said core comprises multiple layers of corrugated cardboard, laminated together, wherein every layer of corrugated cardboard has a corrugated central layer connected by adhesive with a flat lining layer, wherein corrugated middle layer has uniformly located at some distance from each other crimps with curved cross section, said corrugations of layers of corrugated cardboard pass parallel to direction perpendicular to main surfaces of core.
EFFECT: installation of ceilings.
