FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven electric of plant incorporating, at least, two half-cylinders eccentrically fitted on end face plate the drive shaft linked to the bearing tower, differs in that every of the said half-cylinders is mounted on the end face plate by means of a hinge-type mechanism allowing the half-cylinder to occupy, at least, two fixed positions spaced apart by 90 degrees and in that the bearing tower lower part is mounted hinged to allow the mast rotating and being fixed in two positions, primarily vertical and horizontal, spaced apart by 90 degrees.
EFFECT: ease of assembly and disassembly, transportation and on removing the half-cylinders out from strong wind.
