FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: locking device comprises a casing, a pigtail with one passive end and another free end passed through the casing inner channel to form a small-size loop and an articulating lever furnished with an appliances locking the pigtail free end in the casing slot. The aforesaid device incorporates a locking mechanism arranged on the lever one end nearby the locking appliance and representing a ratchet with its wheel rigidly jointed to the lever and with a spring-loaded pawl fitted, by means of an insert, into the said U-shape plate casing, its lower part inner through channel width being equal, at least, to the pigtail diameter. The aforesaid locking appliance represents a ledge arranged in the lever lower part. The said ledge made integral with the lever is located just above the casing bottom slot. Also, the locking device is furnished with the second locking mechanism arranged nearby the lever free end and representing a lever locking head interacting with the aforesaid spring-loaded pawl fitted in the casing when the device is closed.

EFFECT: higher reliability of locking.
