FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device contains casing with outlet nozzle and chamber with wall from elastic material installed in casing and filled with fluid working medium. Chamber is installed in casing with the possibility of creation of cavity for gas that is isolated from it, and inside chamber header is installed made of elastic material with the possibility of fluid working medium drain. One end of header is connected with outlet nozzle, in which sealing membrane is installed. Chamber with fluid working medium is made in the form of sleeve and is connected with its open part with outlet nozzle, and header is arranged in the form of cantilever with rounding radiuses on its free end. Point of header connection to outlet nozzle may be arranged as hinged. Check valve may be installed in casing outlet nozzle, and sealing membrane is installed in the stop element of check valve.

EFFECT: stable efficiency coefficient on amount of supplied fluid working medium and high reliability in the process of device storage and operation.
